With an integral perspective and experience in the private sector, academy, social organizations, and public management, Alejandro accompanies individuals and teams as an Executive Coach and facilitator of processes and conversations.

“What moves me is the capacity that we as human beings have to unfold and use our creativity to create sustainable, loving and rich in possibilities scenarios.

Alejandro is a university technician in business management from “Universidad Nacional de Cuyo” and a Certified Professional Ontological Coach by AACOP, ICF, and FICOP, a graduate of the Institute of Integral Studies.

For the last 10 years, he has worked alongside entrepreneurs in Latin America, supporting teams in “cartoneros” (cardboard collectors) cooperatives and grassroots enterprises in professionalization processes and organizational development, consulted for small and medium-sized businesses in management and administration systems, led teams within the Ministry of Economy in the government of the city of Mendoza, and was the coordinator of the leadership program for entrepreneurs at Facebook and Njambre.

He was the operations manager for Latin America and a consultant in the development of impact entrepreneurs at Njambre.

Today, he works as a Facilitator and Coach, supporting individuals and teams in decision-making, the pursuit of meaningful goals, and the design and implementation of plans to achieve them.

He is a proud father of Mir and deeply in love with his partner.
