Carolina González
University Degree in Business Administration- Universidad del Salvador. She is specialized in Project Manager at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional [National Technological University] in 2007, and she got a postgraduate degree in Training and Development at Universidad de Belgrano in 2010, with the objective of integrating the theoretical training to the experience gained during her career.
She has developed her professional career in the Financial Industry in companies such as BBVA Banco Francés, Citibank, Banco Patagonia and Banco Provincia de Buenos Aires, as well as in service and consultancy firms as Gestión IT and Birchman Consultores.
She held different positions at IBM Argentina for the first global outsourcing project of a European bank in two service centres in Argentina and Uruguay. She is specialized in Process Implementation, Standardization and Reengineering, Change Management and Project Management.
In 2013, she studied the career of Organizational Coach, approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF) at DPO Consulting.
Carolina is accredited as PCI (People Centred Implementation) methodology Trainer of ChangeFirst and she is OCI (Organizational Culture Inventory) and LSI (Life Styles Inventory) Practitioner of Human Synergistics International. Furthermore, she is accredited in the Value Drivers diagnostic tool of Crowe Horwath.
She manages to facilitate individual and team processes at different organizational levels and industries by integrating her management experience with her academic education through Consultancy.
She has been part of the Sollertia team working as Consultant and Project Manager since 2014.
Carolina enjoys nature, travelling and cultural activities thar she shares with her loving ones.
