Over 15 years of work in Human Resources for leading multinational companies and clients of various sizes and sectors. Strong experience in Talent Selection and a keen interest in Development and Well-being in organizations. Entrepreneurial and passionate about challenges, fostering collaboration and diversity, always seeking opportunities to support others in innovating, learning, and evolving. Her purpose is to accompany those in need, contributing to the ongoing challenge of creating a happy world.
Cecilia has a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires. Additionally, she has completed a Postgraduate course in Strategic Human Resources Management at the Universidad de San Andrés and is an Ontological Coach certified by Axon Training. During the year 2020, she participated in an executive program on Well-being and Worklife Balance at UTDT. In 2021, she completed the International Certification in Value Drivers, a tool focused on human potential development.
Throughout her career, she has worked in the Human Resources field for renowned multinational companies such as IBM, Danone, Páginas Amarillas, and Helmerich&Payne. Since 2013, she has been working in consultancy, providing services to clients of various sizes in different industries. Cecilia has a solid experience in Personnel Selection and a strong interest in Talent Development and Well-being in organizations.
Cecilia is married and a mother of 3 girls. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as outdoor activities and sports such as tennis, kite surfing, cycling, among others.
