After gaining experience for more than 15 years working in the HR department in multinational companies, he currently combines his corporate experience and business vision with systemic thinking in order to achieve interventions and profound changes which may impact on growth and well-being. 

Her purpose is to fully support the unfolding of individuals, teams and organizations potential, accompanying reflection, development and transformation processes.

Cecilia has a University Degree in Labour Relations, issued by Universidad de Buenos Aires. Subsequently, she did a postgraduate course in Training and Development in Universidad de Belgrano, and a Master’s Degree Course in Organizational Studies in Universidad de San Andrés. In 2017, she was accredited as Ontological coach in the Escuela Argentina de PNL y Coaching [Argentinian School of NLP and Coaching].  In 2019 she got the certification in Assessment Methodology and Resilience Management granted by Resilience Alliance, and in 2021 she completed her studies to obtain the International Certification of Value Drivers, a tool oriented to human potential development.

Throughout her career, she has worked in different regional positions at organizations such as IBM, Novartis and GSK, and has been responsible for team leadership, the definition of HR Strategy, Planning and Strategic Development of talent, and design and implementation of processes that are key in the region sector.
