She has been a member of Sollertia Team since its origins. She has gained experience in the HR area, working in management positions as well as in consultancy for local and regional projects development.
She feels inspired by guiding individuals and organizations to unfold their talents, connect with their purpose, boost their values to create a more human world.
She has a University Degree on and is a Teacher of Education Science, issued by Universidad Católica Argentina, and she specializes in People Training and Development. She has a postgraduate degree in Psychopedagogy issued by the School of Psychology of Buenos Aires, and she is specialized in HR, Human Resources Executive Program in Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
She has specialized in the application and development of tools for the identification of potential in individuals and teams, and also in personal assessment techniques.
Throughout her career, she has integrated her academic experience in first class institutions in Argentina, as well as in management positions in the HR field. In 2000, she paired up with a professional multidisciplinary team to design the tool Value Drivers which is aimed at detecting human potential based on research and development carried out by Spranger, Jung and Schein.
She has a specialized postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Executive Program in Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and has taken part in the International Programme of Organizational Executive Coach issued by Leading Group, with international accreditation approved by ICF as ACTP.
She has worked in the Consultancy field managing processes of individuals and team training and development for national and multinational companies, facilitating Workshops in the country and abroad.
She has been a member of the Sollertia team since June 2017- Human Development for Latin America.
