She has more than 15 years of experience working as a consultant in the HR department of different companies Over the las 10 years, she has been oriented to strategic HR consulting for National and Multinational Organizations of various sectors.
She enjoys and appreciates being able to accompany others in thinking and opening paths of personal, working and professional learning and development.
She has a university degree in Psychology issued by Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is also an Ontological Coach of the Escuela Argentina de PNL and Coaching [Argentinian NLP and Coaching School]. She has more than 15 years of experience working in the HR field. In recent years, she has been focusing on Consulting for National and Multinational Organizations, with experience in research and selection, training, assessment, development and strategic HR Consulting.
