Loredana Shani
After having worked more than 12 years’ experience in multinational companies in Venezuela and Chile, Loredana has held executive positions in the Marketing department of Gillette in Venezuela. In development and implementation of telecommunications projects for clients such as Movistar, Claro and Entel in Nokia Networks and ABB in Chile. She has also worked in the Administration and HR department in Western Union Chile.
She studied Business Administration and is specialized in Marketing issued by Universidad Metropolitana de Caracas. She studied English as a second language at Syracuse University, NY USA, and she has been involved in multicultural environments with the students exchange organization AFS and the Venezuela Red Cross since she was young.
She is determined to represent a change factor inside organizations and chooses to acquire skills which allow her to carry out consulting and professional coaching in the current world. She is a professional coach certified by The Newfield Network. She studied Enneagram at Awareness to Action International. She is certified in Generative Leadership at Instituto de Liderazgo Generativo [Institute for Generative Leadership] of the United States, and she is studying Strategic Leadership at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez. She has studied Diversity Management in Switzerland and is currently representing this methodology in Chile. She is certified in the Assessment tools application and debriefing of Human Synergistics: LSI, L/I, M/I, OCI y OEI.
As professional coach and consultant, she accompanies individuals to become more efficient at their relationships and achieving more effective results. Accompanying leaders in their development in order to be able to inspire, design and create the future they want and care for, getting their teams involved by letting them work constructively, changing habits and creating new practices that lead them to achieve results of superior quality which may impact directly on their KPIs. She is also the coach of The Living Abroad Series programme at The International Association of Chile, where she facilitates communication programmes for people from different cultures living in the country. She was part of the mentor team of the ACP Coaching Programme in The Newfield Network. She was a Professor in the Programme of Executive Skills Training at the School of Engineering of Universidad San Sebastián, and she was a member of the Board of the ICF (International Coach Federation), Chapter Chile (2016-2018) She has carried out coaching and consultancy processes in organizations, such as Metro de Santiago, Corfo, Itaú, Huawei, Chilevalora, CLC, Swedish Space Corporation (SSC Chile), Huawei, Porcshe, Falabella, BHP, among others.
She loves travelling and diving into different cultures. She loves nature, going on adventure trips and camping with her family.
