Master in Organizational Studies (Udesa). Graduate in Human Resources Administration (USAL). Certification in Organizational Coaching (Udesa). Value Drivers Certification (Crowe). She has developed professionally in different areas of HR in companies such as Sofrecom Argentina, Avon Cosmticos, Movicom BellSouth, Hospital Italiano, Junior Achievement and Walmart.
Currently, in addition to working as a Training Project Manager in the area of Executive Education at the University of San Andrés, she is an independent consultant in the area of People Management. Facilitator of support processes for Leaders in Amrop and Sollertia. Teaching Assistant in the subject of Organizational Behavior in the Udesa MBA.
In her free time she loves to enjoy nature, rowing, which is her favorite sport.
