Executive and Team Coach, she has a career of more than 20 years as an HR leader, integrating regional, global and executive management committees in companies with more than 5,000 employees operating in 80+ markets.

Natalia has extensive experience implementing transformation strategies in multinational companies, from various roles and responsibilities: from HR Manager in Spain, European Director, Global Director and CHRO.

She has designed and led the implementation of multiple strategic plans, with direct responsibility for results in cultural change programs, M&A operations, global software implementations, engagement programs, leadership and onboarding, process reengineering, restructuring, opening and closing of subsidiaries , and a long list of activities related to the function.

Master in HR Management by ESIC, AMP by the IE, ACC by the International Coaching Federation, Expert in Organizational Design for digital transformation by MIT, Team Coach by the European School of Coaching and certified mentor by the Spanish Mentoring Association.

In 2023 she left the large corporation and decided to use all her learnings in the area of ​​transformation to accompany organizations, teams and leaders to think, feel and lead like the top 1%.
