Founder and Director

She founded Sollertia after more than 20 years of working in the Human Resources area in national and multinational companies of various industries.

She wanted to build up a team in order to help others to be able to distinguish, think, make and open ways for human development, by working together.

She is the Director of the Consultant Office she founded in 2004, after more than 20 years of working in the Human Resources area in national and multinational companies of various industries.

She is focused on processes of regional change and transformation, also on consulting on HR strategy and organization. She is also an Executive Coach.

She has a Degree in Labour Relations issued by the School of Social Studies of Universidad de Buenos Aires. For the last fifteen years, she has been taking part in training programmes in Europe (Germany, England and Switzerland), in the United States of America (North Carolina and Chicago) and in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil and Ecuador).

She has developed her professional experience in HR management for 11 years in financing entities: Banco Quilmes [Quilmes Bank] and Societé Générale (1986-1997). When she moved to the livestock farming business, she worked as South America Regional Manager for Novartis Crop Protection (1997-2000), now Syngenta.

She worked in the pharmaceutical industry (2000-2003) as HR Director in Latin America for Novartis. She had an active participation in the creation of a HR strategy for the development of HR leaders, in building up the Regional Management Team, in the determination and execution of the Organization Development programmes and the development of the Managing Teams of each country.

In 2011, she took part in the Coaching Training Programme of Center for Creative Leadership, and she received the Certification in the Feedback 360 Programmes (Benchmarks and Executive Dimensions). 

In 2013, she got the accreditation for OCI (Organisational Culture Inventory), LSI (Life Style Inventory) and MI (Management Impact) tools management through Human Synergistics (Chicago).

In 2015 she was accredited for the use of PCI (People Centred Implementation) methodology of ChangeFirst, in San Pablo-Brazil.

Cecilia enjoys outdoor life, especially out in the mountains of the Argentinian Patagonia. She is also keen on community service, devoting much of her time to delivering retreats, training and guiding individuals in their search process for their life calling and project.
